Mary Ann Dalton, Attorney and Counselor at Law, dedicates herself to assisting seniors and their families with their elder law, estate planning and guardianship needs. She has been a mediator since 1998 and is a certified mediator for guardianship and probate matters, family and marriage disputes and superior court litigation.

Her practice covers the greater Raleigh, North Carolina area, including Wake, Johnston, Durham and Orange Counties. She provides assistance to veterans and the elderly with government benefits, often visiting traveling to their homes and adult community centers. Some of the typical documents prepared to meet clients' needs are Medicaid Plans, Revocable and Irrevocable Trusts, Wills, Durable Powers of Attorney, Medical Powers of Attorney and Advanced Directives. Mary Ann Dalton is a 1999 graduate of Campbell University School of Law. She is licensed to practice in North Carolina, Washington, and Hawaii. Mary Ann is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and its North Carolina Chapter.
